HQM Provisions

Provisions are what we make from the parts of farming most operations throw away or sell off. Cosmetic tallow and tallow candles rendered from our own beef fat, jerky from our own animals, and small-batch kimchi, pickles, and seasonings from our kitchen. Everything is made in small runs to the same standard as our meat. When something sells out, it's gone until we make more.
