Chicken

Our chickens live on pasture in large movable shelters, shifted regularly so the birds always have fresh grass to work. They spend their days doing what chickens are built to do: scratching, foraging, and eating bugs. No cages, no crowded barns, nothing added at processing. The difference is in the texture and the flavor of the first bite of a roasted bird. Whole birds and cuts, available online and at Nashville-area farmers' markets.
