Buying a whole or half animal is the best value we offer and the closest you can get to knowing exactly where your food comes from. We offer both beef and hogs. You choose the cuts: steaks thick or thin, more roasts or more ground, chops and bacon done your way, and how everything is packaged. If you've never bought in bulk before, don't let the process intimidate you; we walk you through every decision, and the Purchasing Guidelines explain how hanging weight, pricing, and freezer space work.
