Custom Animal Purchasing Guidelines
Hext Quality Meat beef and hogs are raised with absolutely no steroids, antibiotics or hormones.
We pride ourselves in peacefully raising our animals on open pasture and processing them humanely all in Tennessee.
STEP ONE
When placing an order, we take an initial deposit to reserve the animal and begin the process for your order. The full price will be calculated based on the total weight of each individual order. Note that because the nature of our product is live animals, this deposit is non-refundable.

STEP TWO
Once you've placed your order with the deposit payment, we will reach out to you to review the customization process and cut sheet. We will also be able to specify the date we plan to butcher your order and an estimated date it will be ready for pick-up or delivery.
STEP THREE
At this time, we'll firm up details for the pick-up or delivery date and invoice for the balance amount due.
STEP FOUR
Your order will be cut to your preference, vacuum sealed, labeled, flash frozen and boxed. Get excited!-- your order is officially en route to your home!
