About Our Farm | Pasture-Raised Meat in Middle Tennessee

Raised on Pasture
Our approach is shaped by generations of families who have dedicated themselves to livestock care. Our animals are pasture-raised in Middle Tennessee using rotational grazing, never confined to feedlots or exposed to unnatural growth practices. They grow at their own pace, nourished by the land.
Hand-Processed, Nose to Tail
Each animal is individually hand-processed. Our cuts are single-origin with no additives or dyes: one animal, full traceability. We honor the whole animal through nose-to-tail butchery, offering nutrient-rich, lesser-known cuts alongside the classics. That's also why you'll find tallow, bones, and organ cuts in our shop; nothing goes to waste.
More Than Meat
Beyond beef, pork, lamb, and chicken, we make small-batch provisions: rendered tallow, cosmetic tallow, tallow candles, beef jerky, kimchi, pickles, and seasonings. Same standards, same hands.
Who We Are
Our roots run back to Oklahoma, where our family worked cattle for generations; that's Uncle Jim roping, circa 1972. Today we carry those practices forward on Middle Tennessee pasture. You can find us in person behind the table at your favorite farmers' markets throughout the Nashville area. Skip the middleman. Buy your meat from the people who raised it.
